We ship to most US states, and custom orders are available upon request. We currently do not ship internationally or to the states of AK, HI, CA, OR, or WA. 

Warranty & Returns
Plant Warranty & Returns

All plants come with an “Arrive Alive Replacement Promise.”  If you live in an area where ground shipping takes over five days, a proposal will be sent for expedited shipping.  If expedited shipping is refused, we can still ship, but the warranty will be void.  A photo of the plant and packaging must be sent within 2 days of the delivery date for all replacement claims.  Refunds are only provided if the plant is shipped or returned in a resalable condition.

Local pickup is available in Lakeland and Alturas, Florida. We can also be found at many local plant sales.
